Teaching & Learning Innovation, UT Knoxville’s home for holistic faculty development and support, has recently launched its Developing Future Faculty program. This program aims to assist graduate students aspiring to become future faculty through training opportunities focused on teaching techniques and strategies.
As part of this program, any UTK instructor or graduate student can take advantage of our institutional membership with the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching and Learning (CIRTL). CIRTL is an NSF Center for Learning and Teaching in higher education and strives to provide local and online training for STEM-focused faculty to ensure effective teaching practices for diverse student audiences.
